LOS ANGELES REDISTRICTING COMMISSION SEEKS PUBLIC COMMENTS

A message from the LA City Council Redistricting Commission:

Earlier today, the Commission released dates of public hearings in Round 2, which begins on Wednesday, February 1, at 6:30 pm and is taking place at Wilshire Ebell Theatre, located at 4401 West 8th Street. The Commission invites the public to attend and make public comment on its draft city council maps (scheduled for release on Jan. 27). We encourage residents/stakeholders in CD10, CD13, CD4, and CD1 to attend this hearing to let the Commission know your thoughts on the proposed changes to council district boundaries in your neighborhood.

The Commission will provide an interpreter in Spanish, and will provide an interpreter in additional languages for which there is a sufficient demand. Sign language interpreters are also available based on demand. PLEASE REPLY TO REQUEST INTERPRETERS.
