October TBD – LAPD Northeast Area Community Open House at 3353 San Fernando Rd., Los Angeles, CA invites the locals to meet the officers, visit booths for information from various organizations and participate in fun activities.

November Events and Workshops

November 5-6 MATA Expo at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, CA is another trade show GLAD participates in. MATA is more technologically-oriented regarding access for the deaf such as videophones, pagers, security systems, etc. Tickets will be sold at all GLAD offices this August. Make sure to visit the GLAD booth at Mata Expo 2010!

December Events and Workshops

December TBD – GLAD’s 27th Annual Children’s Holiday Celebration invites children up to 12 years of age to participate in stage shows, a visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus, presents and snacks at Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA.
