The Annual Report is a testament to the perseverance and spirit that has kept our organization alive and running throughout the years. It is easy to overlook the sustained service that GLAD has offered to the deaf and hard of hearing community. But we cannot take the organization for granted, and that is why we must not only keep in mind the changing face of our community but also the ever-shifting world that we live in. We must maintain sustained, productive success even as our priorities change. And this is where you come in.
